Isotopes are small glass tubes that contain a gas that emits light. If the glass housing breaks down, the isotope loses its gas and function and can then be considered defective. We do our utmost to pack and ship the isotopes as safely as possible.
We strongly recommend that you check the isotopes upon arrival. If, on the day of receipt, it appears that a damage has occurred during transport as a result of which the isotope no longer functions, please contact us immediately.
If we do not receive a report of a defect on the day of receipt, we can unfortunately no longer reimburse the isotopes.
